Kreateng Africa hosts product launch, exhibition, dinner to roundup 2nd anniversary
WorldStage Newsonline– As part of activities to mark its 2nd year anniversary, Kreateng Africa on 10th and 11th of November 2021 exhibited all its products to special guests that cut across the ICT sector at its operation base in Lagos.
The event came a day after Dr. Adesegun A. Akin-Olugbade, OON, the Founder and Principal Partner of Luwaji Nominees delivered the digital innovation company’s Anniversary Virtual Lecture.
Among the products showcased were Motocare, Assist Dispatch, Goschooled, Call order, BOOTCAMP, and other amazing products such as IPanic and HelloGas- a cooking gas ordering app launched during the COVID-19 period to make life easy and comfortable for people.
Speaking on the products, Mr. Adedayo Okunfolami, CEO of Kreateng Africa said “Motocare (https://motocare.com.ng) is a platform created to solve the problem that individuals face when trying reliable automobile engineers. It also keeps track of the engineers’ activities and expenses on their vehicles.
“Assist Dispatch (https://assistdispatch.com) is another product that offers innovative tech solutions for logistics demand and requirement.
“Goschooled (https://goschooled.com) is another product that was created during the COVID-19 period to help schools and students continue to learn in their respective homes. It is a learning educational platform that is equipped with the resources to take online classes, assignments even exams and tests.
“Call order which is a shop assistant platform that provides efficient shopping service to people by being the bridge between supermarkets and customers.”
The product exhibition started with the Chief Guest Speaker, Engr T.O.Ipaye, a businessman and former President, ICOBA International sharing wisdom on how Kreateng Africa can grow to become a global brand.
Engr. Ipaye took the guests in a memory lane on his relationship with the CEO of Kreateng and emphasized the importance of team spirit, saying people should never be afraid or scared of taking risks or scared of failures.
He said people should know their worth, approach every one of their tasks with integrity, not by trying to cut corners.
He also spoke about the importance of family bonding such that people should see colleagues at work as members of a family.
Other guests at the event include Mr. Kola Shawana, MD/CEO of OLUTEE Engineering Limited; Mr. Bankole Olalekan, Founder & CEO Extramile Africa; and Mr. Michael Oluwole, CEO Touch and Pay Technologies.
Shawana who is also a Resident Pastor at The Elevation Church spoke on the importance of workplace values and bonding as colleagues.
On his work experience before venturing into business, he said the cultures he picked up from different companies he worked with formed the foundation of how his thought processes were aligned.
He underlined the gradual changes in the corporate world, how companies are becoming less formal because their bottom-line is to achieve business goals.
Mr. Olalekan shared his experiences in business with the Kreateng team, his failures and successes as a player in the agro-based industry in Nigeria.
For Mr. Oluwole, he spoke about growth and change in a typical company, saying team bonding is key.
He said business owners should never lose sight of the companies’ value and goals to become global brands.
Present during the second day of the product exhibition was Dr. Ayo Falil Abina, Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (Hcib), Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and a Fellow, Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC).
The Kreateng team took him on a mini-tour of the office where he was shown some of the products and detailed descriptions of the services rendered by the company.
Dr. Abina during the exhibition shared his working experiences with the Kreateng staff. He spoke on how his career had been shaped and recommended strong team spirit, oneness, and family bond among the Kreateng staff.
PRODUCT LAUNCH
The second day of Kreateng’s anniversary was marked with a product launch in the fintech space.
The product “awacash” is an online digital banking platform scheduled to begin full operations in January 2022.
The Chairperson of the event, Founder and Chairman of Phillips Consulting, Mr. Foluso Philips applauded the company on the journey so far and the growth in the past year.
He expressed how was impressed by seeing the products built by the company within the short period.
He also shared the story of how he started his consulting firm, about innovation, and how far the world had achieved technological inventions and helped so many processes.
He concluded that innovation “is the next level of customer convenience.”
DINNER
The Kreateng Anniversary dinner with friends and associates was graced by Mr. Yomi Badejo-Okusanya (YBO), Group Managing Director of CMC Connect BCW, and the President, African Public Relations Association (APPA). He also served as the Chairperson of the occasion.
The dinner had in attendance Mr. Kenneth Obianuju, CEO AGRICORP International, and Dr. Ndukwe, Executive Director TRJ Company Limited.
