ScaleUp Lagos 2025: Thriving in the New Economy – A Roadmap for Nigerian SMEs
The much-anticipated ScaleUp Lagos 2025 officially took place on Saturday, October 25, 2025, and it was nothing short of transformative.
With the theme “Thriving in the New Economy: A Roadmap for Nigerian SMEs,” the event brought together a vibrant mix of entrepreneurs, innovators, recruiters, and business leaders to share insights, build connections, and spark meaningful conversations about the future of Nigerian enterprise.
Organized by ICOBA in partnership with Kreateng Africa, the program featured engaging panel sessions, an insightful Job Fair, and a thrilling Business Pitch Session, where entrepreneurs showcased creative and scalable business ideas. The pitch segment was a major highlight, with deserving participants receiving cash prizes and business support packages to help them grow and sustain their ventures — a true celebration of innovation and enterprise.
“Scaling ideas. Shaping futures. Empowering entrepreneurs to thrive in the new economy.”
We extend our sincere appreciation to the President of ICOBA and the 1st Vice President for their visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to making this initiative possible. Their dedication to empowering the business ecosystem continues to inspire excellence.
Special gratitude goes to our esteemed partners and contributors — Tunsen Consulting, Philips Consulting Limited (PCL), Blue Sky Media, Davidhood Media, A.O & F.A Consulting, Awacash, Aridel Catering Service, and Hagnos Water — for their immense support and collaboration. We also acknowledge the presence of our tax consulting partners, whose expertise and insights added great value to the discussions.
A heartfelt thank-you to all the recruiters who participated in the Job Fair, the panelists who shared practical wisdom, and every guest who joined us to make the event a remarkable success.
